We offer free return shipping on eligible returns to make shopping with Tenns easy and worry-free.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unused items with original tags attached.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Items must be in original condition
• Proof of purchase is required
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund to cover processing, inspection, and restocking costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, minus the restocking fee.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll cover all costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
